Tim posted a message a few days ago about upgraded spam filters - is your 
outgoing smtp server blacklisted anywhere?  Check here:

Enter your smtp ip address in top center form.  Does your message bounce - 
if my server receives mail from blacklisted ip address, it replies with 
temporary failures until sender gives up - which means bounce does not 
happen for up to five days (depending on senders config).
