Just a quick update, I found a few ways to get to a dialog that will let 
me reset the page size but it never remembers the settings so it always 
starts up on A4 again. I've been looking for quite some time and I've 
found nothing, does anyone know of a way to make it remember to use the 
"Letter" paper size?
