It is the same answer as in the question "Can you rob a bank?" Yes, if you have the opportunity it is possible to rob a bank. No, it is not legal to rob a bank. It is possible to purchase OEM versions, but the license says that it can only be purchased alongside equipment sold through an authorized equipment manufacturer. Otherwise it is just a step above piracy. Bob
