My own answer is Urban Missions. This choice is based largely on my sense of calling to the outsiders, the wierdos, those not accepted by the mainstream for the most part. To some degree, such are my own roots. I wrote about this to some degree here: http://ed.asisaid.com/bible/unchurch.html I grew up in a Christian family, came to Christ at age 9, and have seldom passed through a time when I didn't associate with a church somewhere. For the longest time, I allowed others to convince me the Christian walk included a lot of trappings which were purely cultural. I always sensed there was something wrong, and only after college did I begin to get wise to that game. To this day I still get a little angry when I see a teacher or leader browbeating a new believer with restrictions not supported in Scripture. -- Ed Hurst ---------- Bible Application - http://ed.asisaid.com/bible/index.html Plain & Simple Computer Help - http://ed.asisaid.com/ Mission, Method & Means - http://ed.asisaid.com/blog/
