Article Path: Home: Politics: Judicial Supremacy Strikes in Oklahoma Re: Judicial Supremacy Strikes in Oklahoma The states should sue the federal government collectively in a class action suit. The immigration crisis is directly due to the federal government’s refusal to enforce our immigration laws. The state’s are fighting back and are absorbing the cost that rightfully belongs to the federal government. The US government reimburses state cost of illegal alien incarcerations for pennies on the dollar. This is an unfair burden on state taxpayers. It’s time to hold the federal government and these liberal judges accountable. Wake up America and voice your outrage! Posted by Stephen - Jun 12, 2008 | 21:7:22 Re: Judicial Supremacy Strikes in Oklahoma Filthy liberal judges, communists at heart really, constantly nullifying the will of the majority of the citizenry. These comrades need to be recalled by the citizenry for the treasonous bas-ards they are. Posted by A Reader - Jun 14, 2008 | 16:6:9 Re: Judicial Supremacy Strikes in Oklahoma Some logic is in order here. Judges should not legislate from the bench. The President has only authority to declare in matters of war and trade. Therefore any interfference with the will of the people’s law of Oklahoma is null and void and off limits to any judge and a silly attempt by judges of all jurisdictions to try to butt their opinions apon the proscess of passing laws. The judges must, by the limits imposed on them by the U.S. Constitution, stay their judgements, lest the people actually think they have any power beyond interpreting the U.S. Constitution Posted by jJerome Warner - Jun 25, 2008 | 10:15:45 Please enter your comment entry below. The Disaster of the Rolling ReleaseBy Ed HurstI've always enjoyed exploring. Every time I've moved from one residence to another, I've always wandered around my new neighborhood, simply to see what was there. It's the same with computer technology. I love poking around operating systems. Lately, one aspect of this has gotten tiring in every Open Source operating system: the rolling release. The phrase refers to the sometimes feverish effort to add new features, long before the old ones even work properly. |
